They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my belongings (and I!) were safely in place in my new home. Urban moved us from a four bed house to a smaller three bed house. We did our own packing as we were desperately trying to cut down the amount of stuff we had accumulated. We did fairly well but needless to say when moving day came it was a desperate squeeze to get everything into the new house. Urban arrived promptly on the day of the move, ultimately there were five of them, and with great good humour they got everything out in good time and then 'squeezed' us into the new house. Everything went very smoothly and all the removers were helpful, easy going and efficient. It was inevitably a very tiring day but Urban made it bearable and got us through it. Thank you

Whilst not the cheapest of the quotes I obtained but then i always discard the cheapest and the highest. I could not fault them, arrived on time and had the vans loaded very quickly despite being a 1st floor flat. A very reliable company and worth every penny for making my move stress free.

In spite of snow, ice and blizzards all was done with care and speed and I couldn\'t believe I was pretty much in an unpacked within a day! Definitely worth using the packing service. The Urban removals team did a great job for us on 6th November. Jorge was very swift in responding to all my questions beforehand, and very helpful. The team arrived early on the day and did an excellent job of emptying our old house quickly and safely so that we could clean. They did an excellent job at the other end as well. Urban removals arrived a little before time and were good natured and efficient throughout. I had disposed of a lot of furniture prior to the move because I was downsizing. I was a little worried that the van they arrived in was too small but Jorge looked around and reassured me and everything fitted perfectly. They carried out a very large dresser which I'd been unable to give away and the council speedily collected it. Jorge and Michael worked very well together and we were soon on our way to Nottingham, where they tirelessly moved everything off. From the moment he came round to quote for our removal, to when he came to pick up the boxes he loaned us after our move, anything he said his company would do was done on time and professionally.

Jorge also included in his quote moving items which some firms either refused or wanted extra fees for.

On the day, Jorge and his team were finished by 3pm, including the reassembling of furniture in our new home.

It was a fairly difficult move overall (for me) but with your help the physical movement of my stuff from London to Ramsgate was the easiest part of the whole affair. I was impressed with the care, consideration and speed in which the move was undertaken. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks Again!!!
